Our events are free and open to the public, and we do not charge membership fees.

World Usability Day 2026 is happening on Thursday, November 12, 2026! This year’s theme is: “Designing a Sustainable Future with Ethical AI”.

The theme explores how ethical artificial intelligence can strengthen global collaboration to build a sustainable and equitable future. It casts a vision towards technology ecosystems where AI not only optimizes systems, but also includes shared human values that promote environmental stewardship, social equity, and collective well-being.

getWITit is celebrating its 10-year anniversary, and Cleveland’s WITCON is how we’re marking it.
For a decade, getWITit has been building something real: a community where women in tech show up for each other, learn from each other, and go back to work on Monday a little more equipped and a little less alone. WITCON 2026 is the homecoming. The founders are returning. Past attendees are coming back. The women who’ve been part of this community for ten years, and the ones just finding it for the first time, are all welcome in the same room.
This is a full-day conference for women in technology at every stage of the career: technical contributors, people leaders, career pivoters, newcomers, and veterans. Expect sessions you’ll actually use, conversations worth having, and a community that’s been practicing inclusion for ten years.
